*** Please note that there is a rental time requirement of at least 4 hours per event. All events must be 4 hours or more unless event is for business related events or for other reasons approved by SC.CAC.

Free Set Up Hour – Here at SC.CAC we allow each event a free hour to set up before the event. With that free hour one of our members will be on hand to assist with the set up. 

Free Clean Up Hour – There is also a free clean up hour granted to give the renter time to remove decorations and trash left behind after the event. Proper clean up by the Renter will avoid any further clean up fees. 

***$50/hr will charged for additional set-up time***

Pricing / Rates

Monday – Thursday

(all venues must end by 9pm Mon-WEd, thurs 10pm)

$400 ($100 per hour, 4 hours total)

 (+ $100 for outside space rental)

 Friday – Sunday

(fri-sat venues must end by 11pm, sunday 10pm)

$500 ($125 per hour, 4 hours total)

  (+ $100 for outside space rental)

ALL DAY RATE (8 hrs total)

Monday - Thursday

$700 no outside rental

$800 including outside rental

Friday - Sunday

$800 no outside rental

$900 including outside rental

Special Venue Price List

This list provides pricing and time slots allotted for special events

$350-4 hour time slot provided for Indoor Pop-Up Shops ($50 for an additional hour). If usage of outdoor space is required, outside rental rate will be applied.

$250 (Mon-Thurs) and $300 (Fri-Sun)-3 hr time slot provided for Business or non-profit engagements, book signings, dance, or work-out classes($75 for an additional hour). If usage of outdoor space is required, outside rental rate will be applied.

***Max rental time is 5 hrs, all day rental required for 6 hours or more***

***Any other special events not listed will require approval from SC.CAC***

***There weekend rate will apply and there will be an extra $100 charge applied for the following days: New Year’s Day, New Year’s Eve, Christmas Day, Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day)***

Payment Requirements

  • Renter will be required to place a credit card on file.

  • 50% (50 per-cent) of your rental balance is due at the time of the booking in order to secure your venue.

  • The remainder of the balance is due 14 (fourteen) days prior to your event.

  • A $150 (one-hundred-dollar) security deposit is expected to be paid at the time of booking. This is a separate fee from the rental rate. This will be returned within 72 hours at the end of your venue.

How to pay?

The following payment options are available to book your venue: cash, business check, credit/debit card, Cash App (splashofcolourcac), or PayPal (splashofcolourcac@gmail.com).

IMPORTANT: A 3% surcharge will be added to ALL electronic/non-cash payments.

Refund/Cancellation Policy: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OF RENTAL PAYMENTS AS WE HAVE SECURED THE VENUE DATE AND TIME FOR YOU WHICH PREVENTS US FROM UTILIZING THIS TIME SLOT FOR ANYONE ELSE. WE WILL HOWEVER OFFER THE OPPORTUNITY TO RESCHEDULE YOUR VENUE WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF THE ORIGINAL DATE AS A ONE TIME COURTESY. AT LEAST 14 DAYS NOTICE MUST BE PROVIDED.***PLEASE NOTE THIS POLICY UPDATE CANCELS OUT ANY PREVIOUS AGREEMENT.***

***Minimum age requirement for renter is 21 years of age. All minors require a chaperone. ***
